Tom is an experienced consultant in the areas of sales effectiveness and revenue growth. He partners with clients across various sectors on sales effectiveness, coverage, and incentives. Tom brings two decades of experience leading global initiatives that have delivered long-term, sustained results.

Before starting RevenueShift, Tom was the Revenue Growth and SFE Practice Leader at Lotis Blue Consulting. Tom previously spent 10 years at Korn Ferry Hay Group as a Client Partner; Tom led the firm’s SFE practice. Tom earned his MBA from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and his BA in Business Management from Wittenberg University.

Marc has thirty years of experience guiding global sales organizations to enable commercial growth strategies.  He partners with clients in a wide variety of industries on sales effectiveness initiatives.

Marc presents annually at World@Work (Spotlight on Sales, Total Rewards), and has also featured for the National Association of Wholesalers conference. He has also published articles with World@Work Workspan, NPR, and New York Times. Before starting RevenueShift, Marc led the Enterprise Sales Effectiveness practice for Korn Ferry. Marc earned his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and his BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Kevin uses his significant data experience to illuminate insights with his clients using their data. He has a demonstrated history of driving and synthesizing concise and actionable solutions from troves of unwieldy data and building visualizations to communicate these solutions to key stakeholders.

Prior to joining RevenueShift, Kevin spent 7 years at Lotis Blue Consulting and Beghou Consulting advising clients on how to best use data for Sales Effectiveness.

Kevin graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with his BS in Aerospace Engineering.

Andrew specializes in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. With a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, he excels at uncovering meaningful patterns and translating them into compelling narratives that inform business strategy.

Prior to joining RevenueShift, Andrew spent 4 years at Lotis Blue Consulting and 5 years at United using data drive strategic decision-making. Andrew graduated with distinction from DePaul University with a master’s in Predictive Analytics, and graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Business Analytics.

Mari is an experienced consultant with extensive expertise in data analytics. She has a proven track record of collaborating with business leaders to extract insights from complex data and enhance commercial performance. She works closely with clients to optimize their sales effectiveness programs.

Prior to joining RevenueShift, Mari spent 4 years at Beghou Consulting using her data expertise to advise clients on Advanced Analytics and Sales Effectiveness. Mari has helped clients guide decision making by getting the most out of their data into manageable business intelligence tools.

Mari earned her BS in Pharmacology & Toxicology with honors from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin.

Jessica has multiple years of experience in management consulting. She is skilled in analyzing and synthesizing key data insights, leading teams through the design and development of high-quality deliverables and fostering long-lasting client relationships to help drive business performance.

Prior to joining RevenueShift, Jessica spent 4 years at Beghou Consulting leading client engagements by shaping data-driven strategies to support commercial growth and performance in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industries.

She has been focused on translating complex data into actionable insights to provide uniquely tailored solutions that are not only anchored to the data but also to people’s needs.

Jessica graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.S. in Pharmacology & Toxicology.

Sahil specializes in turning complex compensation and sales data into insight leaders act on. Trained across finance, statistics, and applied data science, he works the full analytical stack, from engineering the datasets behind an engagement to the models and dashboards that shape its recommendations.

Prior to joining RevenueShift, Sahil worked in industry research and data analytics at the American Hotel & Lodging Association in Washington, DC, analyzing nationwide hospitality performance data and delivering market and labor insights that informed industry budget and policy decisions. Sahil began his career at Veritex Bank in commercial credit,analyzing borrower financials and building credit models to support underwriting decisions.

Sahil earned his M.S. in Applied Data Science from the University of Chicago, and dual degrees from Southern Methodist University: a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.S.in Statistical Science.

George has over 20 years of experience leading global initiatives delivering profitable sales growth.

Before starting RevenueShift, George led engagements for Lotis Blue Consulting, Korn Ferry, ZS, and Deloitte that delivered measurable commercial improvement to his clients. George earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and his BS in Computer Science from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.

Carlos is a skilled growth strategy consultant with years of experience in the industry. Carlos has deep expertise in corporate strategy, pricing, customer experience, go-to-market strategies, and sales force effectiveness.

Carlos spent 10 years at Basic Food International Inc., including five as VP of Operations, before shifting to management consulting. Carlos was a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Customer Insight and Growth Strategy Practice before two years as a Principal in Lotis Blue Consulting’s Revenue Growth Practice. Most recently, Carlos was a Senior Manager at Roland Berger on the GTM team.

Carlos graduated with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
